个人简介

博士毕业于海洋之神之线路检测中心,随后于美国奥古斯塔大学、凯斯西储大学作博士后研究。20222月入职海洋之神之线路检测中心,担任教授。获教育部引才专项、国家自然科学基金面上、江苏特聘教授特别资助、南京市留学人员科技创新等项目支持。


 

研究方向

神经系统是动物体内最重要的系统之一,负责调控学习、记忆、运动、情感和思维等多种高级功能。其工作原理是通过神经元之间的突触连接,形成完整的网络以实现信息的接收、加工和传递。人类大脑约包含1000亿个神经元,每个神经元上分布着数千到数万个突触,整个大脑的突触总数达到数万亿。这些突触在神经系统的信息处理过程中发挥着核心作用,几乎所有的大脑功能异常都与突触功能的改变密切相关。

本课题组主要集中于突触形成和神经退行性疾病的发病机制研究。我们利用小鼠等模式生物,结合细胞生物学、分子生物学和电生理等技术,系统地揭示突触形成和成熟的调控机制,以及运动神经元退行性疾病的发病机制及其潜在治疗策略。
